Why choose an MWB virtual office?
MWB Business Exchange is one of the UK's leading serviced office providers and we have professionally trained staff in place at each of our business centres. It's like having a large team working for you but without the overheads of the hassle of employing your own staff.
How does it work?
Our staff will act as your personal receptionists, handling your calls, faxes and mail so you can relax knowing that your corporate image is in safe hands.
How will my calls be answered?
Our receptionists will handle your calls using yourname or the name of your company - whichever you prefer. A typical answer is “Good morning ‘your company name’ how may I help?”
What if a caller wants to leave a message?
If a caller asks to leave a message, we'll put them through to your voicemail. You can access your messages at any time by simply calling your voicemail box.
How often will I receive my post?
It's is up to you. Some of our customers want their post forwarded daily, while others prefer to collect it themselves. Or we can have it couriered to you at cost plus 15% administration charge. Just tell us what you need.
What about faxes?
You will get your own personal fax number. Any faxes can be read out to you over the phone or faxed onto another number. You can collect them if you prefer or we can post them if you wish or have them couriered to you at cost, plus a 15% administration charge.
How do I upgrade to a shared or serviced office?
It’s easy. If you decide that you want a shared of serviced office instead of a virutal office, you can move into one of our fully furnished shared or serviced offices around the UK. they already have IT and telecoms systems installed and our in-house team will offer you the support you need.
What is the minimum length of term?
Three months. But the longer the length of term you take the more you save - you can save up to 40% with a 12 month contract.
Are there any charges in addition to the monthly fee?
Each month you may incur additional service charges. These may be call, fax and mail handling charges or any meeting room and hot desks you have used. Our service charges are highly competitive. For more info see the service charges page.
When is the deposit refunded?
All deposits are fully refunded at the end of the term of the contract. A two month deposit is required for all packages, this is reduced to six weeks if you buy more than one address.
Can I use the business address service to register my company address?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service and would refer you to either your lawyers or accountants.
