How it works - Virtual Offices
Our professionally trained centre staff will act as your personal receptionists handling your calls, faxes and mail on a daily basis.
Telephone calls can be transferred to you at up to 3 different numbers (including mobiles and landlines) or forwarded to your voicemail. You can choose exactly how you'd like your calls answered, a typical call answer is "Good morning / afternoon your company name how may I help?". Calls are transferred onto you at BT standard rate. This is our only call handling charge. Up to 50 calls can be received a day to your dedicated number. Extra lines are available at £25.00 per month.
Faxes received to your fax number can either be read out to you over the phone, faxed onto a number of your choice, held for you to collect from your pigeon hole (Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 6pm) or forwarded to you via first class post or courier service at total cost plus 15% admin charge. Up to 50 faxes can be received a day.
Post received at your business address can either be held for you to collect from your pigeon hole (Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 6pm) or forwarded to you via first class post or courier service at total cost plus 15% admin charge. Up to 50 items of mail can be received a day.
