Summary of basic terms:

  • The minimum length of term is 3 months
  • A deposit of 2 months is required plus the first monthly fee
  • The deposit is reduced to 6 weeks if more than one address is purchased
  • Monthly fees are charged in advance on 1st working day of the month
  • Service charges are charged in arrears on 1st working day of the month
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT
