Summary of basic terms:

  • The minimum length of term is 3 months
  • A deposit of 2 months is required plus the first monthly fee
  • Monthly fees are charged in advance on 1st working day of the month
  • Service charges are charged in arrears on the last working day of the month
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT


We are required under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 to obtain and verify the identity of our clients and their businesses. To enable us to fufil this we will requirement one of the following documents: Partnership deed - Confirmation of your businesses regulation by a third party - Certificate of Incorporation - Confirmation of Public Ltd Company's listing on a regulated market.
